The Guardian System is the FIRST & ONLY ULC listed stove top fire suppression system where residential style appliances are used.

Cooking Fires are the # 1 cause of home related fires and home fire injuries.

Range top fires are indifferent to cause and accidents can happen!  The phone or doorbell distracts you.  A child innocently turns on the burner or perhaps an elderly person forgets they’re cooking.  Putting the fire out quickly is imperative to minimize damage and injury to you and your family.

How it works

When a stove top fire occurs, the Guardian System will detect heat at a pre-determined temperature signaling the main CPU board.  The System will then release the extinguisher valve assembly, discharging a wet extinguishing agent that suppresses the fire while simultaneously shutting off the stove's gas or electric supply preventing re-ignition.
